Terms of service
By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms. I have the right to decline any request I am not comfortable drawing.

-Discriminating/hateful themes towards race, gender, religion, sexuality and sex
-copyrighted characters

Commission process
Applications
Commission applications are open through forms. If you're looking for something specific that is not listed in the forms or price sheet, feel free to contact me.Applying for a commission or a quote is free. You won't be charged before I've accepted your commission.
Payment
Once the first sketch has been accepted by the client, I will send them an invoice for the payment.Commissions under 140 € must be fully paid once the first sketch has been approved by the client.
Timeframe
The wait time may vary based on my schedule but you can expect your commission to be finished within 6 weeks of application if not stated otherwise.I expect smooth communication from the client and I am not responsible for delays caused by delayed communication on the client's behalf.
Delivery
The client will receive a digital product once the commission is fully paid, completed and approved by the client.The finished artwork will be high resolution and unwatermarked.
The client is responsible for storing the products on their devices before I delete them.
Permissions and license
I, the creator of the artwork retain full and exclusive rights to my work.
I have the right to publish my artwork to my online galleries, portfolios, and social media and use them to promote my services.The client may not use the commissioned piece for anything other than personal use. You are not allowed to reproduce or edit the commissioned artwork without my agreement and a license you've paid for.You may still upload the commissioned artwork online for personal use as long as I will be credited as the artist.You may resize and crop the finished piece. Any other major editing is not permitted without my agreement.
Revisions
Please, request any changes to the artwork as soon as you can.
I will stay in contact with my clients during the whole commission process and my commissions include multiple updates that are sent to the client.I am authorized to charge an extra fee for any major changes the client has requested later in the process.
Any errors I make such as incorrect character details that are clearly present in the client's reference material will be fixed without any additional cost.I will delete the work files from my devices eventually, so when you receive the completed work, please make sure to look over the commissioned artwork before approving it.
Refunds and cancellations
As a professional artist doing my best is all I do for my clients. My art keeps always improving and up-to-date examples of the quality of my works are displayed on my portfolios and commission examples.I will communicate with my clients throughout the commission process and revisions can be made upon request during the commission process. That's why I won't do refunds if the work is either finished or at the final rendering stage.The estimated completion time is displayed in commission forms or agreed with the client via other communication platforms. The client is entitled for a refund if the commissioned artwork hasn't been completed within the timeframe they have agreed with.A partial refund can be made if the client wants to cancel the commission that I have already been working on but that has not been finished yet.
Privary policy
The client must be over 18 years old to commission me.All information about the commission will be discussed over my business email.I may temporarily store the client's contact information and PayPal address that I will use for my commissions. I retain my client's information only for as long as necessary to provide my client with my services.
